How long do sessions last for?

Sessions last for 50 minutes

How much do sessions cost?

I offer a 30 minute assessment session at £20

£45 for individual counselling

I offer reduced fees under certain circumstances i.e. for those on benefits / students.

Payment is by cash, PayPal, direct bank transfer, prior to or at the time of the session or card payments on the day.

When are sessions?

Counselling sessions are usually weekly. I offer both short-term and long-term work. I offer daytime, evening and weekend appointments and appointment time can be discussed when we meet. There is no set amount of sessions - the amount of sessions depends on your needs.

What should I expect?

After our initial telephone conversation, we can make an appointment to meet if that feels right. In our first session we can explore what has brought you to counselling and then you can see whether you would like to continue working with me.

What if I need to cancel a session?

I ask for 24 hours notice if you cannot attend a session, otherwise you will be asked to pay the full session fee.
